1.1 Enrollment and Schedule Changes

Participants may modify program dates or session selections if notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled start. Such changes are subject to availability.

1.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants who cancel a program at least 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund of the program fee. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 30 days of approval. Alternatively, participants may opt to transfer enrollment to a future program session if notice is provided no later than 7 days prior to commencement. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit toward a future session.

2. Digital Products

Our digital offerings include eBooks, video tutorials, and downloadable resources. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

2.1 No Refunds After Access

Due to instant availability, digital products are not eligible for refunds after access has been granted. If technical issues prevent access, please reach out to our support team via Contact Us to facilitate access restoration or content platform.

3. Physical Goods

Physical items may be purchased through our online store. Please review product descriptions before ordering.

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact Calivon within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will ship a replacement item at no cost. Standard merchandise is not eligible for refunds.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for services, digital products, and goods must be settled using our payment options at the time of checkout. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access or order cancellation.
